- Shipping & Delivery All orders are shipped via UPS or Federal Express unless weight or size is prohibitive, in which case motor freight will be used. Orders received before noon for a product that is in stock are usually shipped the same day. For orders placed on our web site, shipping charges are approximate. The actual shipping charges will appear on the invoice you receive with your order. If the actual shipping cost is significantly different (by more than $5) you will be contacted for approval. In certain instances, if we are out of stock on an item we will often ship directly from the manufacturer of the product to you. This is known as a "drop ship." If an item is drop shipped, transit time and cost will vary.

- We cannot accept unauthorized returns. Please e-mail, call, or write us regarding problems with an order for assistance or return authorization number. Returned parts must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging and received by Bullet Performance no later than 30 days after sale for a refund. No return will be accepted without a return authorization number. No returns are allowed on custom built products. Returned items are thoroughly inspected before a refund is issued. There is no refund on most electrical parts or special order items. A 20% restocking fee will be charged to all returns not due to our error. There is no refund for any shipping charge on returned items.
- Limited Liability and Indemnity:
- Customer assumes all liability and risk arising from the ordering, purchase, use or installation of new and used parts that are purchased from or installed by Bullet Performance. Bullet Performance shall not be liable for any damages to any person or property arising out of or in connection with the use or installation of any parts that it sells or installs.
